If words don't have vibration behind them, and a real feeling behind them, then they're just words.

String Theory describes energy and matter as being composed of tiny, wiggling strands of energy that look like strings. And the pitch of a string's vibration determines the nature of its effect.
Roy H. Williams

The spirit of a person is manifest in her aliveness, brightness of his eyes, in the resonance of her voice and in the ease and gracefulness of his movements. These qualities are related to and stem from a high level of energy in the body... Sensing the harmony between the internal pulsation of our body and that in the universe, we feel identified with the universal, with God. LBRP instructions glibly tell you to 'vibrate' the names of power. At worst that's the only aid you get; at best they say that you should 'vibrate' at the back of your throat and you'll get a kinda tingling feeling when you get it right. That's all well and good; and I'm sure you'll get there eventually - to, give you a hand, not necessarily with the intention of short-cutting the process, but enriching it - here's a few more clues (notice I don't say 'instructions') from me to nudge you in the right direction.
Think of what vibration means. The Victorian occultists and spiritualists so overused the word that you'd think they had invented it. Everything was vibration this and vibration that and eventually it was incorporated into the standard theatrical parody of a nutty old medium. But just because we were grossly overexposed to the concept doesn't mean that it was erroneous. But then we had the hippies and it all kicked off again; good vibration this and good vibration that. But the same applies; commercialisation and overexposure doesn't mean that the concept is wrong. Now we have 'string theory' and it's quantum vibration this, and quantum vibration that and so it goes. Looks like vibration is here to stay. Victorian occultists (let's skip the hippies, least said soonest forgotten) and 'string theorists' are telling us that the manifest world, that we can eat, see, touch, make love to, build houses out of, is nothing less than vibration. And that makes 'vibration' a fundamental aspect of creation. So, overused though the term is, let's give it the respect it deserves. And what we are doing when we 'vibrate' a name is to engage in an act of 'manifestation' and not just making a 'buzy sound'.

No monster vibration, no snake universe hallucinations. Many tiny jeweled violet flowers along the path of a living brook that looked like Blake's illustration for a canal in grassy Eden: huge Pacific watery shore, Orlovsky dancing naked like Shiva long-haired before giant green waves, titanic cliffs that Wordsworth mentioned in his own Sublime, great yellow sun veiled with mist hanging over the planet's oceanic horizon. No harm.

Vibrating Sacred Names or Words
Many people have been asking me..... How do you Vibrate a word or name like the Sacred Names of God in the "Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram" LBRP or Middle Pillar Ritual and other Rituals? Well, it is quite easy. To put it simple... you stretch the name out, making it much longer. For Example: The name "Puzuzu" ... now let's vibrate it.... Puuuuuuuuzzzzuuuuuuuuuzzzuuuuuuu. You are mainly stretching out the vows of the word or name. Remember... you should be exhaling when vibrating a name or word. Yes sometimes you may run out of air with a longer name, but with practice you will be able to use much more breath.
Now let's take one of many Sacred names of God..... "Agla" now we'll vibrate it..... AAAAAAAhhhh-Glaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh.
When you vibrate the name... try to feel it permeate your entire being and try to send it out into the Universe. Imagine it carrying out the vibration across the galaxy to God himself. Feel it vibrate all the parts of your body.
You must understand that certain words or names have Power when used correctly, with the proper tonal qualities and pitch and it attracts energies of the beings that are associated with them. When vibrating names of God... you are calling out to him and asking his Divine Presence to descend upon you. After much Practice you will feel his power as you vibrate his name. For it is the Power of the spoken word. Sort of a Hotline to God and his Hierarchy.
There are many Names of God that can be used to vibrate.... it all depend on whom you wish to invoke.
Also... it does not have to be a name of God. It can be a word such as "Om" which means, the Divine which manifests in all that is. It is the beginning and the end... the Alpha and the Omega.
Now for you perfectionists out there.... yes there are other more complex ways to vibrate names and words. I am simply giving the basics to those who are in the beginning stages of learning.... to help them get started on Path to enlightenment.
To help them Invoke God so he may hear their needs.
One last word of advice.... Always treat names of God with respect, for God is a Hierarchy of many beings that make up the whole and he will come when properly called upon and he will cast down those whom do not give respect.

How to vibrate a name
Imagine that the name is a force being channeled down from your Kether (and from G-d/Brahma/The All etc.). Now imagine that the force flows straight down through your pranic tube until it reaches your feet. (Some people stop at the heart and even try to write the name there in glowing white letters). You can try to inhale the force while imagining/projecting the letters of the name being vibrated in front of you if you wish (In the case of Hebrew names, you'll have to know what they look like in Hebrew letters). When the name/force reaches your feet, expel it from you while pronouncing it in a humming/chanting way so that it causes your body to vibrate all over. THE SOUND OF THE NAME SHOULD BE THE ONLY THING IN YOUR MIND WHILE YOU VIBRATE IT. You'll have to experiment to see what pitch and tone works best to cause this vibration to occur. You may have to use a lot of air. If you really can't do this due to sound restrictions (you're not alone in the house/room etc.) then a forceful whisper will be better than nothing so long as you're visualizing the energy and force. After a while, you should be able to vibrate a name and have it vibrate specific parts of your body. Some say that if done properly, the practitioner should break out in a sweat much like in Yogic breathing exercises and have trouble standing at first until he/she gets more practice.

The Two Vibratory Formulae
THIS ARTICLE WAS WRITTEN BY DONALD MICHAEL KRAIG ON JULY 07, 2005
POSTED UNDER VIBRATORY FORMULA
There is a physical phenomenon known as "harmonic resonance." This simply means that if one object vibrates powerfully enough, another object nearby will start to vibrate (or resonate) with the first if the second object has a natural vibratory rate in harmony with the first. As an example, if a violin note is played near a piano, the piano strings which have certain harmonic relationships to the violin note will sound; they will start to resonate. Thus, if you can control the vibration rate of one object, such as yourself, you will be able to cause certain reactions in other objects, such as those which exist on other planes of existence. Therefore, an understanding of how to vibrate words is essential for a magician.
There are two methods of vibrating words, commonly known as the two vibratory formulae. The first is an internal (invocatory) formula. In this formula you cause a certain part of your body (actually part of your astral body) to vibrate. This is exemplified in the Kabalistic Cross part of the LBRP. Let’s just look at the word AH-TAH. What you should do here is fully inhale until there isn’t room for one more drop of air. Then use the entire exhalation to vibrate the word. Thus, the word is elongated: AAAAHHHHHHH-TAAAAAAHHHH. It should be vibrated loudly in an almost chant-like tone of voice. The pitch is usually higher than the normal pitch of your voice. It is almost shouted. Most importantly, you should feel it vibrate or resonate within your head. Likewise, MAHL-KOOT should be felt in the groin, VIH-G’BOO-RAH in the area of the right shoulder, etc.
The second vibratory method is the external (evocatory) formula. With this formula the intent is to excite the atmosphere (actually the so-called astral plane) around you. This is exemplified in the Formulation of the Pentagrams part of the LBRP. The method is quite similar to the invocatory formula. You inhale fully, and as you exhale you loudly vibrate the appropriate words…The big difference between the two formulae is that in the evocatory formula you should sense that the entire universe in front of you is resonating in harmony with your vibration. Your entire body and the entire universe should be experienced as vibrating to your call...
Some student-magicians do not have the luxury of a place where they can loudly, firmly and authoritatively vibrate the God names and words of power. In fact, they need to keep their work a secret. If you find yourself in such a position, you may use what is disguisedly called the "Great Voice." That is, you may do the vibratory formulae silently or very quietly, perhaps at the level of a whisper or quiet conversation. However, if you do so, you must still experience the vibratory phenomena. You must feel the various parts of your body vibrate when doing the invocatory vibratory formula. You must sense the entire universe resonating in harmony to your use of the evocatory formula. In other words, you must have the same results whether you vibrate loudly or in the Great Voice.
